Maria is the founder of Trusted Source Recruiting and brings a rare blend of hands-on construction experience, engineering HR expertise, and small business understanding to every search.

She grew up with parents who owned and operated a construction business, spending much of her early life on job sites and around project teams. From an early age, she gained firsthand exposure to how construction companies really operate—tight timelines, lean teams, and the importance of hiring people who can perform under real-world conditions.

Maria graduated in 2020 from Washington State University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Since then, she has supported over 1,000 engineers through onboarding, coaching, and HR relations, successfully onboarded more than 1,500 employees, and assisted in four mergers and acquisitions. Her experience spans recruiting, onboarding, organizational integration, and employee relations—giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain strong teams.

Today, Maria partners with small construction and engineering businesses to help them hire with confidence. She combines industry knowledge, operational insight, and a people-first approach to deliver talent solutions that support long-term growth—not just quick placements.
